ESC is seeking a full time Software Developer to work on a contract located in Albany, NY.  This role will be partially remote and is supporting the NYS Higher Educations Services Corporation. 

Requested Qualifications:
  • 7 years experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, functions, views, SQL Tuning, and generating a data file from Oracle
  • 7 years experience with Microsoft C#.Net and Object-Oriented Programming in developing batch processes and web applications.
  • 5 years experience with Azure DevOps
  • 5 years experience with JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Ajax, Bootstrap, and HTML
  • 7 years experience in GIT Source Control and TFSVC
  • 4 years experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology              
  • 7 years experience developing web-based systems using Microsoft ASP.NET, C#, .Net Core, and MVC.
  • 5 years experience restful APIs.
