Requested Qualifications:

1. 84 months of experience writing complex SQL for queries, stored procedures/triggers/functions in DB2/Oracle for data extraction and data integration purposes in multi-terabyte database.
2. 84 months of experience in gathering reporting and analysis requirements and translating them into reporting structure data models, including aggregate tables, pivoted tables, and relational and dimensional (star-schema) marts.
3. 84 months of experience with data modeling, including logical, conceptual, and physical modeling of data warehouse projects and data warehouse loading techniques (Change Data Capture (CDC) and Slowly Changing Dimensions).
4. 84 months of experience with various reporting tools, including COGNOS.
5. 84 months of experience working on ETL framework for data warehouse projects, which includes Informatica / Data stage tools.
6. 56 months of experience working with the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid.
7. 48 months of experience working with OSC and KPMG auditors for analyzing and debugging Enrollment and Eligibility data.
8. 48 Months of experience with Medicaid Data Warehouse (MDW).
9. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or similar field of study.
